I had heard about using avocado for mousse so I decided to experiment with it. So easy to make and I was so suprised that I really love the flavour. I love chocolate and my new found love of using cacao in everything. Add or minus your coconut cream (milk), cacao and natvia to suit your taste and texture.
Yes it is high in fat, but they are the good fats from avocado and coconut milk and it is low in sugar with only 1.5g per serve.
1 Ripe Avocado
1/8 cup Raw Cacao
1/8 cup Natvia
1/8 cup Light Coconut Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 Strawberry sliced
1 teaspoon Shredded Cocount
- Mix mousse ingredients together with a handheld mixer until smooth.
- Spoon into a glass
- Top with strawberry slices, coconut and cinnamon.
